Our reverse osmosis (RO) systems are designed specifically for coffee brewing applications, ensuring optimal water quality for both taste and equipment longevity. Excessive hardness, alkalinity, chlorine, and contaminants found in municipal water supplies can negatively impact espresso and brewed coffee, leading to inconsistent taste. While unbalanced pH, excess hardness, and high chloride levels can cause damage to your equipment through scale formation or corrosion. Our systems are built to remove these undesirable elements while allowing for precise remineralization, giving cafes control over their water profile.

Unlike generic water treatment solutions, our RO systems are specifically built for the water conditions of Southern Ontario, including models designed to handle the high mineral content found in areas further from Lake Ontario.
