Terms & Conditions

General Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all services and equipment sales provided by Drip & Spro Service Co. By booking a service, purchasing equipment, or requesting repairs, you agree to these terms.


Payment Terms

Payments for service calls are due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept payment via e-transfer, bank transfer, or cheque. We accept credit card payments on balances up to $2000. If you wish to pay via credit card for invoices above $2000 a 2.4% processing fee will apply.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Any unpaid invoices beyond 45 days may result in service suspension until payment is received.

Invoices for special order equipment must be paid in full prior to the order being placed. Invoices for in stock equipment must be paid in full prior to delivery and installation.


Warranty on New Equipment

New equipment purchases come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We will provide warranty details at the time of sale. If an issue arises with new equipment under warranty, we will assist in coordinating repairs or replacements as per the manufacturer’s policy.

Warranty coverage does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, electrical anomalies or unfiltered/improperly filtered water.

Regular maintenance and regular wear parts(gaskets, screens, burrs, etc.) are not covered under warranty.


Warranty on Repairs (Parts & Labour)

Repairs performed by Drip & Spro Service Co. include a 60-day warranty on parts and labour unless otherwise specified.

Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover additional failures or unrelated issues.

The warranty is void if the equipment has been tampered with, improperly used, or serviced by another technician during the warranty period.


Service Limitations & Liability

Drip & Spro Service Co. is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from equipment failure, service delays, or manufacturer defects.

Drip & Spro Service Co. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue arising from the use or inability to use the equipment. Drip & Spro Service Co. takes no responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate use of equipment or products.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the equipment is accessible and in a safe condition for servicing.

 Day to day cleaning and maintenance(backflushing, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer. We can provide cleaning and maintenance recommendations upon request.


Additional Fees & Expenses

In the course of providing services, Drip & Spro Service Co. may incur additional costs directly related to fulfilling the agreed work. Such costs include, but are not limited to, parking fees, tolls, permits, background checks, supplier vetting services, equipment rentals, courier or shipping fees, and any other reasonable expenses necessary for completing the service or billing the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these additional costs will be billed to the Customer at cost and added to the final invoice. The Customer agrees to reimburse Drip & Spro Service Co. for all such expenses within the payment terms specified on the invoice.
