Dispatch Fee

Inside Service Area

Flat $75/Service Call

Covers all regions inside of our service area. We use a flat dispatch rate instead of charging for travel to keep costs consistent regardless of traffic conditions or relative location. 

Outside Service Area

Service calls requested outside of our general service area will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will quote a custom travel rate depending on the distance to the call and expected travel time. 

 

Labour

Preferred Customer Rate

$150/hour +tax

Standard labour rate for work performed Monday to Friday. Minimum half hour. Time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Standard Labour

$165/hour +tax

Standard labour rate for work performed Monday to Friday. Minimum one hour. Time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Weekend Labour

$300/hour +tax

Weekend labour rate is for work performed on Saturday or Sundays. We are closed on all Statutory Holidays. Minimum one hour. Time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
