Maintenance Plans

The modern coffee shop has been flooded with increasingly capable and precise brewing equipment purpose built to produce the best coffee possible. With the influx of new technology, a solid preventative maintenance plan for your cafe is more important than ever.

Our approach to equipment maintenance prioritizes high quality coffee production while preserving the longevity of your equipment. We will repair your equipment and make sure it is tuned up to provide the best possible results for your coffee program.

We can build you a preventative maintenance plan that covers all of your coffee equipment in one package to keeps your total maintenance costs under control. You also have the option to split your maintenance plan into even monthly payments to help manage the cashflow demands of your business.

How does it work?

Step 1: Determine your needs

We will work with you to determine the key aspects of your maintenance plan such as:

  • Equipment included
  • Current state of repair
  • Equipment usage
  • Budget
  • Billing options

Step 2: Build the plan

Using all the information we will build you a plan that best meets the needs of your business. You will receive a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) which will include the following:

  • General plan details
  • Equipment list
  • Billing schedule
  • Maintenance schedule
  • Warranty info
  • Terms & Conitions

Step 3: Implement plan

Once the PMA has been signed the plan will commence according to the included schedules.

At this point you can sit back and relax. We will automatically reach out to schedule your maintenance when the date approaches.

If you opted for monthly billing you can setup a credit card to automatically pay the monthly invoice.

Step 4: Ongoing assessment

We will keep you updated on anything we discover during our regular maintenance. We may be able to put timelines on when certain larger components may need to be replaced so you can plan accordingly.

In the market for some upgrades? We can help you source the new equipment, install it, and add them to your maintenance plan easily. We may even be able to help you sell your old (very well maintained) equipment.
